Job Title: Domestic Electrician
Job Type: Maintenance
Location: Kings Lynn
Start Date: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Salary: £37,000 per annum (depending qualifications and experience)
Company & Project:
We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to work for one of our clients, a reputable local council based in Norwich. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive, void Electrical works in void & occupied properties in the Kings Lynn area.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Domestic Electrician:
- As the Domestic Electrician you’ll be working on housing association properties in the Norwich area.
- As the Domestic Electrician you’ll be required to carry out fault diagnosis, repair and install electrical installation works.
- As the Domestic Electrician you’ll be doing Void EICRs, Occupied EICRs, Reactive repairs, Planned Works (upgrades/rewires).
Required Experience & Qualification for the role of Domestic Electrician:
- 18th Edition
- City and Guild 2360 – Part 1 & Part 2
- City & Guilds Electrical Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification (2391-52)
- Electrical theory quals. (various e.g. C+G 2330 Levels 2 and 3)
- Prove good practice of health & safety regulations
- UK Driving licence
