The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This position is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team for the right candidate.

Domestic Gas Service Engineer
Domestic Gas Engineer – Cambridge
Location: Cambridge & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

ARC is currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer to join a small, established maintenance contractor based in Cambridge. This is a permanent position for an experienced Gas Engineer who is happy working across Cambridge and the surrounding areas and enjoys working for a smaller company where you can become a valued member of the team.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out domestic gas and heating maintenance across a range of properties throughout Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
The role will include:
- Carrying out domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works
- Working on domestic gas appliances
- Completing relevant paperwork and service records
- Providing a professional service to customers
- Travelling between jobs across Cambridge and surrounding areas
- Working safely and in accordance with current regulations
Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements
- Relevant Gas Safe qualifications
- Domestic gas qualifications and experience
- Appropriate appliance tickets for the work required

Electrical Supervisor
Electrical Supervisor / QA Supervisor
Location: Luton
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 2 years

ARC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Quality Assurance Supervisor to work on a long-term project in Luton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance, inspections, electrical installation and site supervision, looking for a long-term project.
The role
- Supervising electrical works and ensuring installations are completed to the required standards.
- Carrying out quality assurance inspections and monitoring workmanship.
- Ensuring electrical works comply with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Identifying defects and ensuring remedial works are completed.
- Reviewing installation quality and maintaining accurate QA documentation.
- Liaising with site management, contractors and electrical teams.
- Supporting the project team with quality control and progress monitoring.
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements.
Electrical Supervisor / QA Supervisor Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, QA Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor or similar.
- Strong electrical installation background.
- Good understanding of electrical quality assurance and inspection processes.
- Ability to identify defects and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant electrical qualifications.
- SSSTS / SMSTS would be advantageous.
- ECS / JIB or relevant electrical certification preferred.
