Job Title: Civils Foreman

Company & Project: Our client, a large and well-established civil engineering company working is looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee numerous Civils projects throughout East Anglia.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Civils Foreman:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Knowledge of construction of associated water, waste water treatment and general utility infrastructure works
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Understand the tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets – company financial reporting.
Desirable Experience & Skills of a Civils Foreman:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site agent on civils projects
- CSCS card
- 1st Aid
- Plant ticket (ideal but not essential)
- SMSTS/SSSTS

TIG Welder

This will be tig welding mainly stainless steel baffles.
The working hours are:
Monday to Thursday – 7.30 am to 4.30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch

For this position, you must have the following:

This temporary work for a Telehandler and crane operator is to start in January for an ongoing duration on a residential site in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
You must have previous proven experience on both machines and be happy to work either role based on the sites requirements.
A Slinger banksperson ticket would be beneficial also, but not essential.
There is up to 30 weeks work available for the right person on this placement.

- As the Air-Conditioning Engineer you’ll be conducting Pre-Planned Maintenance works and work on reactive maintenance contracts.
- As the Air-Conditioning Engineer you’ll work on small works, replacements and upgrades.
- As the Air-Conditioning Engineer you’ll be required to conduct fault finding and diagnostics for repairs.
- As the Air-Conditioning Engineer you’ll be required to have experience with AHU’s, VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Multi Split system.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Air- Conditioning Engineer:
- Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing AC & AHU equipment
- Experience working on commercial and high end properties
- Must have minimum 3 years experience
- Must hold F-Gas Certificate
