Salary/ Hourly rate: £23,000- £24,000 per annum + £6,900 bonus scheme

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Sales Specialist to join their team.
The Sales Specialist is the link between the Commercial department, Vendor and Sales teams. The purpose of the role is to drive sales activity within our B2B, Etail and Retail database, by calling customers, coordinating promotions and call out days for the division / products which they are responsible for.
The ideal candidate will come from a sales background and be committed, pro-active, determined, professional and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, good written and spoken English.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record of out-going tele-sales.
- Proven track record of building relationships in sales or in a similar role.
- Able to communicate effectively with key people at your brand and customers on a regular basis.
- Experience of achievement in a target driven environment
- Organisation skills – able to plan and prioritise own time and be pro-active and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders, individuals and groups, at all levels.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to all company locations to facilitate learning and development interventions as required.
