Electrical Supervisor and Tester

A leading electrical services company is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor and Tester to join their team. This role involves supervising electricians, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with testing and inspection standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, supervising a team of electricians.
- Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), document findings, and report to management.
- Use company software to document and share works with clients.
- Order materials and organize work schedules for electrical teams.
- Act as the primary contact between the Contracts Manager and electricians/subcontractors.
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and other documentation.
- Verify inspection and testing results promptly and accurately.
- Maintain high standards in workmanship, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- 18th Edition City & Guilds Certification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent.
- Experience in fault finding, testing, and inspecting.
- Supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social housing contracts.
- Valid driver’s license and own tools.
- Must qualify as the company QS and attend NICEIC audits.
