At ARC Recruitment, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our team continues to grow, we recently brought everyone together for a series of headshot and team photography days.
Capturing Who We Are Today
The aim was simple: to capture updated images that genuinely reflect who we are as a business today. From individual headshots to team photos, the sessions were an opportunity to showcase the people, personalities, and collaboration that define ARC.
Across Our Offices: Ipswich, Cambridge, Rugby / Midlands & Norwich
We began in Ipswich, moved on to Cambridge, where we were also joined by members of our Rugby / Midlands team and then completed the final sessions in Norwich over two busy days. While each office has its own identity, the same sense of energy, teamwork, and positivity carried through every location.
Meet the Stars of the Show: Delilah & Dennis
To make the experience even more memorable, we were joined by two very special guests, Delilah and Dennis. Alongside the professional photography, team members had the chance to take part in more relaxed, informal shots with the puppies, adding a fun and authentic element to the day.

The final images reflect exactly what we set out to achieve: a balance of professionalism and personality. They’ll be rolled out across our website and social platforms, giving clients and candidates a real insight into the team behind ARC.
