Our client is seeking a Senior Account. The primary role of the accountant is to streamline administrative tasks for the Sales Team, enabling the Sales Manager to resume a hybrid field sales role and allowing Account Managers to return to regular business hours with increased call activity. The overarching objective is to regain lost market share on key brands for our client.

• ACCA / ICAEW qualified
• Ability to build client relationships.

Our client is seeking a  Account Manager. The primary role of the JAM is to streamline administrative tasks for the Sales Team, enabling the Sales Manager to resume a hybrid field sales role and allowing Account Managers to return to regular business hours with increased call activity. The Role:

• Process and manage manual and web orders for the OA Team.
• Handle bid management, order block management, transport requests, and stock allocation.
• Responsibility for orders, ensuring completion through to delivery and saving in the centrally shared location.
• Manage customer service and credit tickets.
• Chase ‘aged’ requests and provide regular updates to Account Managers,
• Introduce the JAM to main accounts for their inclusion in future communications.
