Our client is seeking a Account Manager. The Role:
- Process and manage manual and web orders for the OA Team.
- Handle bid management, order block management, transport requests, and stock allocation.
- Responsibility for orders, ensuring completion through to delivery and saving in the centrally shared location.
- Manage customer service and credit tickets.
- Chase ‘aged’ requests and provide regular updates to Account Managers,
- Introduce the JAM to main accounts for their inclusion in future communications.

A great opportunity for a highly experienced commercial property specialist to lead a busy and diverse commercial property department who provide a full range of commercial property services to a range of clients across Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.
Within this role you will be responsible for the management of a wide-ranging commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities will include transition management, compliance, legal responses, lease reviews, property inspections, tenant management, and business development.
You will ideally be RICS qualified with experience in managing commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios. You will be able to stay on top of and adapt to new legislative changes related to property management.
