Site Supervisor
Civils Site Supervisor – Groundworks / Infrastructure
Location: Norfolk (Swaffham area)
Salary/Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Job Type: Contract (Long-Term)

Civils Site Supervisor required for a long-term infrastructure project based in the Norfolk area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure 12+ months work on a busy electrical substation project, overseeing a range of civils and groundworks packages.
This role will suit an experienced Civils Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor who is confident managing gangs on site while remaining hands-on when required.
Duties will include:
- Supervising civils and groundworks teams on site
- Overseeing trenching, trench boxes, duct laying and kerbing works
- Ensuring H&S standards are met at all times
- Daily coordination of site activities and progress reporting
- Checking plant and equipment
- Supporting with manual handling and general site duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS (essential)
- Strong background in civils / groundworks supervision
- Experience on infrastructure or utilities projects (highly desirable)
- Additional tickets (plant, dumper, excavator etc.) advantageous
- Ability to lead from the front and support site teams
Working Hours:
07:15am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver, with a valid CPCS/NPORS to join our client’s team on a busy residential site in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking who’s looking for consistent work with a respected agency.
Key Duties:
- Operating a dozer safely and efficiently across site
- Carrying out bulk earthworks, grading and levelling ground to specification
- Assisting with site preparation, clearance and moving materials
- Working closely with site management and groundworks teams to meet programme deadlines
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
- Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
- Supporting other plant operations when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a bulldozer on construction or civils projects

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Social Housing Electrician to join our team, working across occupied and void properties in the King’s Lynn and Dereham area. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and maintenance to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day electrical repairs and planned maintenance in social housing properties
- Carry out EICRs, fault finding, rewires, and remedial works
- Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Complete job sheets, certifications, and reports accurately and on time
