Transport Manager
A well-established and growing company is looking to appoint a proactive and hands-on Transport Manager to join their s business on the outskirts of Kidderminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining transport planning, compliance, and customer interaction within a busy, fast-paced environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations, working closely with the Depot Manager. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and planning multi-drop deliveries to customers
- Maximising route efficiency through strong geographical knowledge
- Managing vehicle maintenance schedules and bookings
- Monitoring driver compliance, including tachograph downloads and records
- Ensuring adherence to driving hours regulations and Working Time Directive
- Supporting the wider team with customer interaction, including answering calls and assisting at the trade counter
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to both operational and customer-facing aspects of the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience within a busy transport or logistics environment
- CPC qualification and strong tachograph knowledge (essential)
- A solid understanding of driver compliance, WTD, and transport regulations
- Experience within a builders merchants, construction supply, or similar environment (highly desirable)
- Confidence dealing with customers both over the phone and face-to-face
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to support across the team

Production Operative
Location: Lenwade
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 (Fixed shift – no weekends)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 (Fixed shift – no weekends)

ARC are working with their client based in Lenwade who are seeking Window Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract.
Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site – there are no public transport routes.
Key Duties:
- Operating machinery and hand tools to manufacture uPVC and aluminium window frames
- Assembling and glazing units to production standards
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
- Quality checking finished products for accuracy and finish
- Working to production targets and following health & safety procedures
- General workshop duties and keeping work areas clean and organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (but full training given)
- Ability to use hand/power tools confidently
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

Location: March, Cambridgeshire
Shift Patterns: Days and Nights available (Monday – Friday)

The Role
ARC is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in March. We are looking for experienced drivers for long-term, ongoing assignments. This role involves operating curtain sider trailers, completing national and regional deliveries and collections.
Whether you prefer the early starts of a day shift or the quieter roads of a night shift, we have consistent rotas available immediately.
Key Information

Paid Induction: A full site induction is required. Important: The induction is fully paid upon the completion of your first 10 shifts.

Equipment: Well-maintained fleet pulling curtain sider trailers.

Reliability: We are looking for committed drivers for block-booked, ongoing work.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles.
