The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative with a leading distribution company, there’s no such thing as a dull day. You’ll be a vital part of every parcel’s journey, scanning, sorting and unloading parcels from lorry’s etc, using a handheld scanning device. there will be some heavy lifting due to all the different size parcels. you could be unloading up to 14 lorries can sorting their contents.
You must have the following:
- Safety shoes
- transport due to location
- previous experience in a parcel sorting warehouse is preferable but not essential and training will be given on an induction

This driving position is for an ongoing duration, with the potential for it to be temp-perm for the right candidate.
The type of work for this HGV Class 2 position will be refridgerated, cage work. You will be expected to deliver chilled products to businesses around the country.
It will be customer facing role and it will include standard delivery paperwork.
This role will include early starts such as 03:00/04:00 but you will in return receive early finishes.
This HGV Class 2 position will be Monday-Friday with minimum 8 hours paid each day.

HGV Class 1 Driver

We are on a hunt for an experienced HGV 1 driver to deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers with no serious offences and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SHIFTS
Days or tramping with odd nights out on containers.
LTD/SELF-E/UMB RATES: £17.00-£18.00 (varies depending on client)
PAYE RATES: £13.00-£15.00 (varies depending on client)
NIGHTS OUT – £25.00 per night out
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Experience – minimum of 6 months hgv 1 driving experience commercially in the UK;
Qualifications and UK Licences – Driving Licence with C+E category, CPC Qualification Card, Tachograph Card;
Safely operate HGV 1 vehicles on scheduled routes;
Intermediate understanding and speaking English;
Complete vehicle checks and report any defects;
Maintain high levels of customer service;
To have all port cards preferred;
