The Role
Working within the Commercial Planning Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of transport operations. Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Norwich & surrounding areas Salary: £12.71 per hour (with structured reviews + performance bonuses) Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing team. This is an integral role within our clinets business, offering excellent training, clear progression routes, and a fantastic benefits package.
The Shift Pattern

Hours: 40-hour contract with a 1-hour unpaid daily break.

Flexibility: Shift times vary between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Typical Shifts: Most days will be 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Weekend Work: You will be expected to work one Saturday per month (4–5 hours, paid at overtime rates).
Role Overview
This position is primarily driving-focused, interspersed with essential warehouse support.

This role will include 05:00 starts.
This HGV Class 2 position will be Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays, minimum 8 hours paid each day.
Saturdays are optional.
