ARC are recruiting on behalf of a market‑leading waste management company, seeking hard‑working and reliable dust cart loaders to join a well‑established team.
About the Role
You’ll work as part of a crew loading the lorry, emptying dust carts, and keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. This is hands‑on, physical work where teamwork and efficiency are essential.
Key Duties

Loading and emptying dust carts as part of a team

Supporting smooth daily waste collection operations

Working Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (overtime rates apply)

Maintaining speed and accuracy to meet daily targets

Following all safety procedures and site guidelines
Requirements

Previous experience in waste, recycling, labouring, or similar environments

Physically fit and able to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

Strong awareness of safety and willingness to follow instructions

Essential PPE: safety shoes and high‑visibility vest
