Resident Liaison Officer
Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Location: Grantham
Rate of pay: £28,250k
Are you a Resident Liaison Officer looking for work?
ARC are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer.
For this position, you must be able to do the following:
- To ensure and maintain the resident liaison daily diary, record any incidents, and record all appointments
- Understand the works, programme and scope of works
- Provide site reports and updates for client and site management
- Prepare and distribute all communications to residents
- Establish a resident’s charter, maintain files, keep a log of complaints and any query’s that would come in
- Compile, devise and implement procedures and administration to compliment your role
- Be available for residents’ meetings, and meetings with the client as and when
- Site meetings
- Housing officers, estate developments or joint management board meetings
- Carry out pre visits to each neighbouring resident to explain the planned works and assist them in understanding the process
- Letter process for the neighbouring property’s explaining all works
- Regular checks on residents throughout the day and the end of the working day
- Any claims, compensation and complaints are dealt within a time scale and with care
You must have previous proven experience in social housing, knowledge of roofing & kitchens, health & safety knowledge and occupied refurbishment knowledge.

A well-established property maintenance company responsible for the repairs and upkeep of social housing properties is seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team.
You will be working across occupied domestic properties and void properties, delivering damp and mould treatments, remedial repairs, and associated multi-trade works. This is a long-term, ongoing contract.
Responsibilities of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader
- Carry out damp and mould remediation works including wash-downs, treatments, sealant application, and preventative measures
- Undertake associated repairs such as plastering, painting, basic carpentry, and ventilation improvements
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks in response to tenant reports
- Work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner at all times
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and safe working practices
Desirable Experience of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader
- Previous experience working on damp and mould contracts within social housing
- Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
- Multi-skilled background including plastering, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, and carpentry
- Knowledge of condensation control, ventilation systems, and mould prevention techniques
Qualifications & Skills of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader
- Relevant trade qualification (plastering, painting & decorating, plumbing, or multi-trade background advantageous)
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and tools
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Production Operative
Location: Lenwade
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 (Fixed shift – no weekends)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 (Fixed shift – no weekends)
Pay: £12.71-£14.24 per hour, weekly pay (PAYE/PAYE AUTO)
Contract: Temp to Perm
ARC are working with their client based in Lenwade who are seeking Window Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract.
Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site – there are no public transport routes.
Key Duties:
- Operating machinery and hand tools to manufacture uPVC and aluminium window frames
- Assembling and glazing units to production standards
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
- Quality checking finished products for accuracy and finish
- Working to production targets and following health & safety procedures
- General workshop duties and keeping work areas clean and organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred (but full training given)
- Ability to use hand/power tools confidently
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
