HGV Class 1 Driver – Milton Keynes Logistics Hub

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Shift Patterns: Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available

Work Type: Ongoing, Consistent Work

Rate of pay: Paye £18. Overtime if applicable

Next Gear is recruiting professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support our growing client base in Milton Keynes. As one of the busiest logistics hubs in the UK, we have a wide range of opportunities available, from clean trunking and trailer swaps to more hands-on general haulage.

Candidate Requirements

• Licence: A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.

• Experience: Minimum of 6–12 months of commercial Class 1 driving experience is preferred.

• Credentials: Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.

• Record: No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN codes) for insurance purposes.

• Professionalism: A reliable, punctual approach and a commitment to road safety.

The type of work is for a clients that mainly pulls Curtain sider trailers
