We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing works related to this one of bespoke build. You’ll collaborate with a team of talented professionals to restore properties to their optimal condition.
Responsibilities of a Site Manager :
- Lead and manage internal repair and refurbishment projects related to disrepair cases.
- Collaborate closely with clients and residents to schedule and coordinate repair works, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify and prioritize necessary repairs and renovations.
- Plan and organize the execution of repairs, including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards throughout the project.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Desirable Experience of a Site Manager :
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing disrepair projects within the refurbishment sector.
- Strong background in construction, refurbishment, or related fields, with a deep understanding of various trades.
- Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation and task prioritization.
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues and providing effective solutions for repair and renovation challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, residents, and team members.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance in refurbishment projects.

Both self-employed (CIS) and PAYE options are available.
