Do you have experience as an Assistant Site Manager? If so, our client is one of the UK’s leading and award winning house builders and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to help oversee a residential project in Norwich.

Duties & Responsibilities of an Assistant Site Manager:

Be responsible for the completion and overall success of the site supported by the Site Manager
To work on the project from plastering to completion
Managing sub-contractors
Ensuring deadlines and programmes of work are adhered to
Ensure quality and accuracy of all internal finishes
Ensure health and safety polices are followed on site
Creating snagging lists and ensure all sub-contractors are completing on time
Building good working relationships with other staff and departments

Desirable Experience required to work as an Assistant Site Manager:

Previous experience in assisting on residential projects
Ability to lead and encourage others to work in the best interest of the projectExperience of working on RC Frames is essential.

Job Role – Painter & Decorator

Location – Stevenage

Pay Rate – £20per hour

Our client a large local social housing contractor providing maintenance services properties across the UK and is looking for an experienced Painting operatives to work on a domestic maintenance social housing contract assisting in the voids properties internal works. The candidate will ideally be a skilled and experienced painter & decorator.

Role requirements for Painter/Decorator :

In order to be considered for the role you must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas.

– Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience
– Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
– Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
– Full driving licence & van/car required

Knowledge and Experience

Experience within a domestic maintenance environment.
Painting/Decorating experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
An understanding and ability to show excellent customer service skills.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 7.30-16.00 hrs

Pay rate – £19-20 per hour + company vehicle & fuel card

Our client, a well established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced multi-trades for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the South East. The work is primarily for a large pub chain carrying out repairs and maintenance across their locations in London and the south.

Requirements-

– Experience in a multi-trade role.

– Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying or roofing all an advantage.

– Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the landlords.

Travel around London and the South East will be required. Travel time paid by agreement.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday mimumum 8 hours but there is no limit on overtime available including weeekends if desired.

Company van and fuel card when provided for business use only & need to be kept at home.
