Salary: £38,000 to £45,000per annum (Depending on experience) +Van & Fuel card

Our client is a well-established family run business where reputation and customer satisfaction is the forefront of each job. They have multiple divisions that they cover within the maintenance and install sector.
They are looking for a well experienced and qualified Working Supervisor to cover their Industrial projects in the Norfolk area.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Resident Maintenance Supervisor:
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to set up quoted works inclusive of the job pack. Run through the scope of work, RAMS and material list on site. Walk through the job with the our engineers to ensure they understand what is required on site.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to assist with and carry out toolbox talks, site inspections and provide input for monthly Contractor H&S data collation, issue and meeting.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to ensure materials are ordered and arrive in sufficient time for efficient progress on site and prevent the need for tradesmen going to the wholesalers.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you need to be aware of the timescales for each job and be responsible for completion on time.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to log additions and variations to the works and feed back to the site manager or admin office.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to ensure completion of jobs, snag check and test sheets.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to assist with collecting information for enquiries to allow for quotations to be produced, possibly carry out small quotations in times of high load.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to work on the tools if all other supervisor duties are up to date.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be required to assist in the development of electricians.
- As the Resident Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be reporting to the onsite PM.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Resident Maintenance Supervisor:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Approved Electrician
- Higher Technical qualifications (City & Guilds “C” course certificate)
- Level 4 Technical Certificate in Building Services Engineering
- Working knowledge of the “National Working Rules for the Electrical installations BS7671”
- Working knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations & Electrical safety, quality and continuity regulations.
- SSSTS (minimum) / SMSTS (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
