Duties & Responsibilities of a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be working on a decarbonisation project
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll produce monthly CVR’s
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you need to control all the costs whilst maximising value
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll produce monthly valuations
Senior Quantity Surveyor’s liaise with subcontractors, workforce and client for each contracts
Senior Quantity Surveyor’s focus to achieve best cashflow and variance analysis’
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you process labour & subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Decarbonisation experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience working on projects worth over £5million
Prior Repairs & maintenance/ roofing experience is essential
