Duties & Responsibilities of a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer:

• As the Trainee Resident Liaison Officer you’ll be required to update contracts & documentation as required
• As the Trainee Resident Liaison Officer you’ll need to schedule/arrange surveys appointments
• As the Trainee Resident Liaison Officer you need to assemble job packs to agreed timescales
• As a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer you need to ensure all files/documents etc are filed correctly
• As the Trainee Resident Liaison Officer you’ll liaise with clients, company’s & residents and ensure all procedures are followed
• Produce monthly KPI reports as required within agreed timescales

ARC Group are recruiting for a qualified plumber for our defence projects based in Ipswich. You will be required to have experience in Installation of radiators, surface mounted copper pipe work, combi boilers Solid understanding of H&S and safe working practices.

Main Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Working primarily on Heating and plumbing system upgrades
• Stripping out existing heating & hot water systems, installing new complete systems including Radiators, valves, pipework controls, and all other associated elements in an efficient, safe manner and in accordance with company Health and Safety policy, Safe Systems of Work and current regulations.

Key Requirements:

• A trade background with experience in plumbing, heating, and HVAC maintenance services
