Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a move? Our client a residential developer is currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work in Cambridge.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager (including and not limited to):
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate labour and trades
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Scheduling, organisation and procurement of materials
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Desirable Experience required for a Contracts Manager:
- Have relevant experience working as a Contracts Manager on residential projects
- Be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure, be adaptable and resourceful
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Qualifications & Skills required for a Contracts Manager:
- Excellent communication skills
