ARC are seeking an experienced electrician who can work within commercial and domestic environments, carrying out all areas of electrical compliance, maintenance and remedial tasks. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites across Norfolk.

We are looking for –

• Candidate must have achieved the NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391/ 2394/5
• Experience in carrying out EICR’s in a commercial and domestic environment.
• Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal helpdesk/admin and clients at varying levels.
• Client Customer facing experience
• Good understanding of electrical certification
• Experience in using electrical multi-function testers

Duties & Responsibilities of a Site Manager:

• Oversee daily on-site operations
• Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
• Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
• Maintain and adhere to departmental budget
• Approve project plans
• Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
• Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
• Ensure compliance across the work site
• Review all project contracts before submitting to management
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met

Desirable Experience & Qualifications required to be a Site Manager:

• SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum

• Be part of the on call rota.

ARC Group are recruiting for an organised manager with engineering and ideally electrical knowledge to join our MOD client in Plymouth.

• You will coordinate and supervise the Electrical team to deliver the project on time and on budget.
• You will scope work on site and assess work required.
• You will supervise the site schedule of site teams.
• You will conduct tool box talks and work with the QHSE Manager to ensure health and safety on site.

You’ll be required to manage a team of around 10. NEBOSH or IOSH certificates are required
