Our client, a large reputable house builder with sites across East Anglia and London  are seeking a Welfare Cleaner  to assist with general site duties in Chelmsford, Southend, Brentwood and Braintree.
 
 
Daily Responsibilities for a successful labourer would include:
 
– Keeping the site clean and tidy.
– Assisting with the deliveries coming on and off the site.
– Working closely with the site management team.
 
Requirements for the role:
 
– A valid CSCS Card ( if possible but not essential) 
– Full PPE (Hard hat, Boots, Highvis,)
– Experience Cleaning on a busy building site
 
This Welfare cleaner  contract is on-going  with the working hours of 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate :

– £12-£13 per hour – Hybrid ( depening on experience )

Our client, a reputable sub contractor with sites across East Anglia are seeking Roller Driver for a job in Bramford.

The role will commence on Thursday 6th October.

Our client are mainly seeking a Roller Driver who has some knowledge of Groundworks and will be happy to help with some general labouring.

Requirements for the role:

– A valid CSCS Card

– CPCS / Npors roller ticket

– Full PPE (Hard hat, Boots, Highvis, Gloves and Glasses)

– Experience working as a Roller Driver – ideally to have some experience in groundworks

This groundworks contract is ongoing with the working hours of 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.

There may be some weekend work available.

Hourly Rate :
