Contract:

ARC are seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join a sub contractor on a perm basis.

Our client are based in Clacton – on – sea so the chosen driver would need to be located in this area.

We are seeking someone with a CPCS Card, Red or Blue.

This position is to start as soon as possible and will be a permanent role.

This is non residential work.

Our client will require the chosen driver to be collected from their head office in Clacton, you will then travel to site with the workforce and return to the head office.

Minimum Requirements:

– CPCS Card Blue or Red up to 10 tonne and above

– Minimum of 2 years experience operating a 360.

Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to):

Support the management with the delivery of SHEQ objectives.
Complete prevention inspections on a regular basis and ensure records are maintained.
Conduct health and safety audits observing workers to ensure they are following company policies and highlight any non-conformances.
Monitor SHEQ performance throughout the business & report to the SHEQ Director.
Extensive knowledge of SHEQ management systems within a Construction environment.
Liaise with subcontractors on all Health and Safety snags during the design, construction, commissioning & handover of schemes.
Assists with the development for SHEQ initiatives.

Maintaining a delivery board
Organising and coordinating deliveries with the supply chain
Ensuring deliveries are safely loaded prior to accepting (and turning them away if required)
Ensuring delivery drivers are inducted
Managing delivery areas in accordance with the CPP, EMP, TMP, loading/unloading policy and associated RAMS
Ensuring all deliveries are recorded and delivery paperwork retained.
Managing and coordinating traffic marshals, Hoist drivers and supervisors when loading / unloading
Manage, plan and coordinate the removal of waste material by:
Organising and coordinating with waste contractors for the collection of waste
Ensuring skip drivers are inducted.
Managing skip collection areas in accordance with the CPP, EMP, TMP, loading/unloading policy and associated RAMS

Hazard Spotting
Reporting non-compliance (defective materials, unsecured loads etc.)

Sign up to, understand and enforce the requirements of CPP, EMP, TMP and associated RAMS for all tasks

Desirable Experience & Skills:

At least 5 years construction experience
