Our client, a design and build company are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join their team in Manchester.

Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to):

Responsible for the development and implementation of all areas of the company’s Health & Safety Management System
Liaising with Site Teams to ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures
Liaising with third parties where required
Ensure staff receive adequate assistance & support to enable them to implement Health & Safety effectively
Ensure all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and investigated
Monitoring of sites and undertaking audits where required with respect to Environmental, Health & Safety and Sub-Contractor issues
Reporting to Health & Safety Manager with respect to Environmental, Health & Safety, Sub-Contractor performance and training requirements for staff
Contribute Health & Safety information to tenders and proposals

Desirable Experience:

Experience working as a SHEQ Advisor

Qualifications & Skills:

You will have excellent interpersonal skills communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels; be a team player but also work unsupervised.
Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and have a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Job Title – Carpenter / Multi-trade

Location – London and South East

Pay rate – £19-20 per hour + company vehicle

Our client, a well established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced multi-trades for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the South East. The work is primarily for a large pub chain carrying out repairs and maintenance across their locations in London and the south.

Requirements-

– Experience in a multi-trade role.

– Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying or roofing all an advantage.

– Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the landlords.

Travel around London and the South East will be required. Travel time paid by agreement.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday mimumum 8 hours but there is no limit on overtime available including weeekends if desired.

Company van and fuel card is provided which can be kept at home.

Long term ongoing work available on a PAYE or self – employed basis.

Our client, a well-established residential builder, is seeking a customer care coordinator to join their team and work in the Norfolk area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Taking inbound sales calls when required and deal with queries
Support the sales team
Assist in putting new business proposals together to support the sales team
Processing sales orders
Liaising with suppliers, hauliers and any other third parties as necessary
Sales reporting based on KPI’s to present in order for management to adapt to trends and patterns within the industry
Monitoring stock levels
Providing excellent customer service

Desirable Experience:

Must have relevant experience working as a customer care coordinator

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience of working as a Customer Care Coordinator with a developer, house builder or contractor.
