ARC are a well-established Recruitment Agency seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy Ipswich Branch.
Based in our Suffolk Branch, We are seeking a hard working, self motivated individual to support our Sales Team.
Main Duties as a Rescourer
– Admin tasks
– Registering Candidates
– Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates
– Making outbound calls to pre-screen candidates
– Taking inbound calls from Candidates and Clients
– Using a high end CRM system
– Advertising live positions and sourcing new candidates through job boards
– Using our Social Media platforms to advertise new roles
– Using CV Searching tools to register new candidates
– Working closely with the Sales Consultants
– Working to KPI’s

Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 per annum depending on experience + bonus
