Anglian Water are looking for a ganger to work on site in Framlingham.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the work within their own gang.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to programme, this involves briefing method statements to the gang
• Carrying out checks on equipment and ensuring permits are in place.
• Making sure all jobs are completed in a safe manner
• Reporting to the site manager each morning for daily plan and update

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

• Gold Card
• SSSTS
• Slinger Banksman
• HSG47 CAT and Genny
• Experienced with groundworks, ducting, chambers and concrete slabs

ARC are currently looking for experienced Bricklayers for multiple sites across Cambridge (some with parking and some without)

The role will commence on 16th March.

Requirements for the role:

– CSCS required (Not essential on some)

– Full PPE (Hard hat, Boots, Highvis, Gloves and Glasses)

– Own tools

– Experience working as a Bricklayer – ideally 2 years experience

Hourly Rate :

– £200-£230 (Bricklayer) – per day depending on experience

ARC Construction – Building on Success

Are you an experienced CSCS Labourer looking for your next role?

ARC is seeking a CSCS labourer to work in the Rochster, Kent area.

The chosen candidates will be needed on a Temp – Perm basis, this will mean working through ARC with our client for 13 weeks before being taken on perm.

The permanent role will be on a negociable rate of £150- £180 a day plus annual bonus.

The perm perks are: pension scheme, own Van, uniform, etc

Our client specialise in Fencing and Landscaping so experience in this is preferred, but not essential.

It is also prefered the chosen candidates have their own transport due to the location of the role.

Minimum Requirements:

– CSCS Card

– Manual Handling cert (however we can provide this for you).

– Labouring experience 

– Own transport / Full driving licence. 

Job Role:

– Meeting at the yard close to Rochester at 06:30

– Working Monday – Friday 

– Driving the company 3.5ton truck to deliver materials

– Helping with an experienced installer carry out Fencing and Landscaping

CIS Payments made. 

We are looking to pay a day rate of £12.5- £13 depending on experience

ARC are seeking an experienced iPaf operator to join a busy site in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful canddiate will be needed to operate a Cherry Picker on site.

The role will commence on Monday 14th March and will be for 2 weeks.

The chosen candidate will be working for a well established residential builder in Bury St Edmunds.

Minimum requirements:

– CSCS Card

– PPE

– iPaf card for Cherry Picker.

Pay: £155 per day

Hours: 9 hours

Are you an experienced Labourer looking for long term work?
 
 
Our client, a large reputable house builder with sites across East Anglia are seeking a long term working labourer to assist with general site duties in Saffron Walden.
  
  
Daily Responsibilities for a successful labourer would include:
 
– Keeping the site clean and tidy.
– Assisting with the deliveries coming on and off the site.
– Helping the trades people within the plots and around the site.
– Working closely with the site management team.
 
Requirements for the role:
 
– A valid CSCS Card(preferable but not essential)
– Full PPE (Hard hat, Boots, Highvis, Gloves and Glasses)
– Experience labouring on a busy building site
 
This labouring contract is long term with the working hours of 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.
There may be some weekend work available.

Hourly Rate :

– £12.50 to £13.00 per hour – Hybrid
