The Role

As a General Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client’s warehouse. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

ARC are recruiting on behalf of a market leading client for Class 1 drivers to work within their organisation.

The Role:

• Class 1 day drivers required for a well established waste management distributor. 
• Class 1 pay rate – £13ph-£17ph (PAYE/UMB & LTD rates)
• Class 1 day driver needs to be FORS trained.
• Experience in draw bar, walking floors, roll-ons, skips, chains and tipper work.
• Class 1 curtainside work also available. 
• Previous experience in scrap/waste industry is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of local area would be an advantage. 
• Ongoing Class 1 work available.
• 6 months Class 1 experience, no more than 6 points on licence.
• Qualifications – C license, digi card and CPC

The Role:

• Loaders required for working with a well-established waste management company. 
• Working as a loader you will be required to work as part of a team to load the lorry and empty dust carts. 
• Pay rate – £11ph-£12ph (PAYE/UMB and LTD rates)
• Overtime rates available – £16.50ph-£24ph (PAYE/UMB and LTD rates)
• 8 hours min paid. Overtime after 8 hours.

• Class 1 drivers required for working with a well-established general haulage distributor.
• Working as a class 1 driver you will be required to do the following within the role – delivering products to clients around the country.
• Class 1 pay rate – £13ph – £18ph (including PAYE/UMB & LTD)
• Class 1 day and tramping shifts available. 
• On going positions available for the right candidate.
• Curtainside and refridgerated work available.
• Must have 6 months driving experience in the UK and no more than 9 points.
