Job Title: Handyperson (Part-Time)
Location: S81 (Worksop area)
Hours: 6:00am – 10:00am (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.71 PAYE
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Handyperson to support the smooth running of a site within the local area. This is a part-time morning role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and securing the premises daily
- General maintenance and basic repairs
- Cleaning of communal areas and external spaces
- Monitoring site safety and reporting hazards
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role preferred
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills
