Plumber – New Build Residential
Warwickshire
£35,000 – £70,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers to join a growing and well-established contractor working across a range of new build residential developments throughout Warwickshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated plumbers looking for long-term, permanent work with a business that offers a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities to increase earnings through additional skills and qualifications.
Plumber Duties & Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on new build residential properties
- Bathroom installations
- Central heating and boiler installations
- Gas carcass installations (where qualified)
- Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations
- Underfloor heating (UFH) installations
- Customer care and remedial works
- General plumbing duties as required
- Working to high standards of quality and safety on occupied and unoccupied plots
Plumber Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance
- Own transport and tools
- Strong new build residential experience
- Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Gas Safe qualification (required when working on gas sites)
- Unvented Hot Water qualification
- ASHP commissioning experience
- Experience with underfloor heating systems
Plumber package
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £70,000 per annum
