Job Title: Administrator Assistant
Job Type: Temp to Perm – full or part time hours considered
Location: Norwich (Office based)
Rate of pay: £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment, maintenance, and planned works projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the estimating team with pricing and tender submissions
- Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing information
- Managing and organising project and tender documentation
- Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and submitted within deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience within construction, social housing, estimating, or commercial administration
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent Excel and spreadsheet management skills
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
- Confident communication skills when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within social housing or refurbishment projects is advantageous
