Last week, ARC Group’s annual Golf Day brought together clients, sponsors, partners, and team members for a fantastic day of golf, networking, and fundraising; all in support of The Big C Charity.
Hosted at Barnham Broom, the event was not only a great opportunity to bring people together but also to raise money for an important cause, with an incredible total of £3,555 raised for The Big C Charity.
A Great Start to the Day
The day began with a warm welcome and bacon baps before teams prepared to take to the course. With players arriving ready for some friendly competition and networking, there was a fantastic atmosphere from the very beginning.
Barnham Broom provided a fantastic setting for the day, even if the weather had other ideas! Thankfully, beers and plenty of good humour carried everyone through, with the sunshine appearing right as the final groups finished.
Competition on the Course
Teams headed out onto the course for an afternoon of golf packed with competition, teamwork, and plenty of memorable moments. Throughout the day, players competed across several challenges and competitions including: 1st Individual Award, Beat the Pro, Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and Yellow Ball Competition.

Food, Networking and Celebrations
Following the golf, everyone came together to enjoy a BBQ while reflecting on the day’s highlights. The afternoon continued with prize presentations, celebrations for competition winners, and a raffle, which helped raise even more funds for The Big C Charity. Events like this are about more than just golf, they provide an opportunity for clients, partners, and colleagues to strengthen relationships, create new connections, and support meaningful causes together.
