ARC are excited to continue our expansion into the Midlands with the opening of our new Rugby office.
The new Rugby team will be led by Business Development Manager Meg Golding, who boasts almost a decade’s recruitment experience in the Northamptonshire area.
The office will provide a base to further our growth in the region, providing more clients with ideal candidates in sectors ranging from Construction to Facilities Management.
Meg, who first joined the ARC team in late 2023, said: “Over the last 18 months, we’ve seen some amazing growth, built strong relationships and achieved some great milestones.
“I’m really proud to be part of a team that’s so driven and focused.
“Off the back of our continued success, I’m excited to launch our new office in Rugby to expand our presence across the Midlands.

The move comes just weeks after we opened another new office in Cambridge, signalling our intent to expand into both the Midlands and Home Counties markets.
Counties the Rugby team will serve include Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
