Are you ready for your next career move?
At ARC Group, we believe that recruitment is about more than filling vacancies. It’s about building relationships, developing businesses, helping people find work and creating opportunities for our own team to grow.
We’re an established UK recruitment business, founded in 2009 in Norwich, expanding into Ipswich in 2017, and more recently Cambridge and Northampton in 2025! What started with one person managing a single contract has grown into a business with more than 45 office based employees across four offices.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious, motivated people to join our team.
Whether you already have experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer service, retail or hospitality, there could be a place for you at ARC.

Your Career, Your Progression
One of the things that makes ARC different is that your progression is in your own hands!
Everyone at ARC has a personal development plan, and we don’t believe that career progression should follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
Just because there is already someone above you in the business doesn’t mean you have to wait for an opportunity to become available. If you have the ability, ambition and drive to progress, we’ll support you in developing your career.
We also understand that people have different strengths.
You might join us and discover that a particular team or role isn’t quite right for you. That doesn’t mean your career with ARC has to stop. We’ll look at your personality, skills and strengths and explore where you could thrive within the business. We want our people to find the role where they can perform at their best.
No Two Days Are the Same
If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5 environment where every day follows the same plan, recruitment probably isn’t for you!
At ARC, no two days are the same!
Recruitment can be highly reactive, particularly during our peak months. You might start the day with a plan and find that completely different priorities arise by lunchtime.
But that’s part of what makes the industry exciting.
During our busier periods, the focus can be on responding quickly to client requirements, filling vacancies and supporting temporary workers. During quieter periods, we have more opportunity to be proactive, developing new business, strengthening relationships with existing clients and building our temporary worker network.
It’s an environment that rewards people who are adaptable, proactive and comfortable thinking on their feet.
Where We Started
ARC Group has come a long way since we started in Norwich in 2009.
We began with one person running one contract. Today, we have more than 45 office based employees across four offices, with locations in Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge and Northampton.
Our growth has been built around our people, our clients and the relationships we’ve developed along the way.
And we’re not finished growing yet.
That’s why we’re looking for the next generation of ARC team members, people who are ambitious, motivated and ready to build something with us.
Could ARC Be Your Next Career Move?
You don’t necessarily need years of recruitment experience to join ARC.
If you have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, business development or another people-focused environment, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed in recruitment.
What matters to us is your attitude, ambition, communication skills and willingness to learn.
If you’re looking for a career where you can develop, progress, build relationships and genuinely make a difference to both businesses and jobseekers, we’d love to hear from you.
