Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to work on Void & Occupied properties around the Birmingham area. This is all planned works. Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experience individuals to work on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

• As the Multi Trader you’ll be working on planned repairs and maintenance of housing association properties.
• As the Multi Trader you’ll complete allocated works within basic carpentry, tiling, plumbing and plastering and minor repairs.
• As the Multi Trader you’ll be working within a team of either specialised trades or solo.
• As the Multi Trader you’ll be working on the contractors planned refurb projects covering Birmingham area.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:

• Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
• Experience working on social housing properties
• Multiple skills along the lines of tiling, plastering, painting, carpentry and plumbing/electrical to a basic standard
• Health and Safety Aware

Our client is looking for experienced Kitchen Fitters to work on Void & Occupied properties around the Birmingham area. This is all planned works. Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experience individuals to work on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Kitchen Fitter:

• As the Kitchen Fitter you’ll be required to carry out planned maintenance works on void & occupied properties.
• As the Kitchen Fitter you’ll be required to have good skills with carpentry and plumbing experience
• As the Kitchen Fitter you’ll ideally have a good variety of skills and able to do a full kitchen fit out.
• As the Kitchen Fitter you’ll need to have experience working with domestic properties
• As the Kitchen Fitter you’ll be required to assist with rip- out on occasions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience doing FULL kitchen fit out
• Need experience with basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flat floor lay and carpentry
• Experience working on Social Housing property is preferred.
