Our client is looking for experienced Electricians to work on Reactive & Void properties around the Peterborough area. Our client is a leading maintenance contractor and looking for experience individuals to work on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Maintenance Electrician:

• As the Electrician you’ll be required to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on void properties.
• As the Electrician you’ll be required to carry out testing, inspection, installations & repairs on social housing properties
• As the Electrician you’ll be carrying out bespoke installation and undertaking PAT testing
• As the Electrician you’ll be ensuring that installations comply with design, quality and installation standards, and that operational activities comply with contractual, Health & Safety and the latest Electrical regulatory requirements.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Maintenance Electrician:

• 18th Edition qualified
• Test and Inspect (2391) /AM2 
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a domestic electrician
• Own Van or transport
• Experience working within property maintenance
• Full UK Driving licence

Pay rate – £19-20 per hour + company vehicle & fuel card provided 

Our client, a well established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced multi-trades for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across North London area.  The work is primarily for a large pub chain carrying out repairs and maintenance across their locations in London and the north area mainly.

Requirements-

– Experience in a multi-trade role.

– Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying or roofing all an advantage.

– Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the landlords. 

Travel around London and the South East will be required. Travel time paid by agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Clean & Clear Labourer

• Carrying out all aspects of general labouring duties on domestic dwellings, both internally and externally.
• Liaising with planners, tenants and premises managers with regards to the timing and progression of all works being undertaken
• Ensuring the safe handling and storage of all plant and equipment, including regular checks for road worthiness on vehicles for which you are responsible.

Education & Qualifications of a Clean & Clear Labourer

• Experience of working for a social landlord, council or housing association
• Good team player
• Ability to use own initiative and to work within guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail
