Salary: £50,000 per annum (+£5k car allowance)

Our client is a main contractor specialising in external and internal refurbishments. The company works on commercial and industrial projects undertaking works on schools, hospitals and has an excellent reputation working for Registered Social Housing.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Site Manager:
- As the Site Manager you will handle day to day management of trade and workload
- As the Site Manager you will ensure all works are carried out safely & to excellent quality
- Being the Site Manager involves carrying out face to face inspections both prior and post works
- As the Site Manager you’ll be required to update PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
- Supervision of Disabled Adaptation works, including liaison with Client Occupational Therapists, production of specifications and drawings and monitoring of work progress
- As the Site Manager you’ll attend supervisory visits as necessary relating to tenants issues, complaints, sites and contractors, including replying to tenant’s letters.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Site Manager:
- Experience with FED Fire Door Replacement. Installation & Fire Stopping Experienced with fire safety works and demonstrable compliance evidence
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS Health & Safety
- SMSTS ( Desirable)
- Construction NVQ qualified
- Full UK driving licence
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- First aid trained
