Salary: £70,000 per annum (+£7k car allowance)

Our client is a main contractor specialising in external and internal refurbishments. The company works on commercial and industrial projects undertaking works on schools, hospitals and has an excellent reputation working for Registered Social Housing.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager:
- As the Contracts Manager you will handle day to day running of projects
- As the Contracts Manager, ensure employees receive full training and development to ensure continued high service level standards
- As the Contracts Manager you’ll be overseeing delivery of multiple projects over £10m PA
- Managing project managers, other project delivery staff and associated activities
- As the Contracts Manager you’ll be required to organise direct labour
- As the Contracts Manager you’ll liaise meetings with clients, supply chain, delivery teams and management.
- Health & Safety management with support from QHSE manager
- Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
- As the Contracts Manager you’ll have financial management of projects
- As the Contracts Manager you’ll handle procurement responsibilities
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Contract Manager:
- Ideally experience of retrofit installations, Traditional decent homes, Kitchen, Bathroom, Windows etc
- Construction NVQ qualified
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications & construction experience
