ARC Group are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to be the Company’s representative on site overseeing and supervising Domestic Testing, repairs, Upgrades and rewires.

• You will coordinate and supervise the Electrical team to deliver the project on time and on budget.
• You will scope work on site and assess work required.
• You will supervise the site schedule of site teams.
• You will conduct tool box talks and work with the QHSE Manager to ensure health and safety on site.

Requirements:

• Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade
• Qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level
• Good Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic/Commercial electrical work including emergency lighting.
• A JIB Managers/Gold Card be 18th Edition qualified

ARC Group are seeking experienced Commercial/Domestic Gas engineers for our prestigious Defence Contract based in Cornwall. To undertake repair, maintenance and installation of gas, plumbing and heating systems in domestic and commercial properties, ideally must be familiar with oil and medium and high-pressure systems.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• To undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations and associated works.
• To undertake the installation of new domestic heating systems in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes, practice, and legislation.
• To issue notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety.
• To adhere to manufacturer’s instructions when servicing, repairing or installing appliances
• To provide information to allow records to be updated following service and testing and update Gas Safety records using electronic or manual documentation.
• To acquire quotes for stock from authorised suppliers, materials required to undertake works through the approved order system
• To maintain regular contact with the site supervisor and works co-ordinators to obtain instructions and resolve working problems
• To record completed works and maintain accurate record of work carried out including measurements and calculations.

Salary – £40,000 – £60,000 per annum plus company vehicle.

Our client, a privately owned leading construction services and property group covering the UK, require additional experienced Domestic Gas Engineers throughout Norwich and Gerat Yarmouth areas on social housing contracts to undertake repair, maintenance and installation of gas, plumbing and heating systems in properties, ideally must be familiar with oil and medium and high-pressure systems. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

• To undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations and associated works.

Client pay is based on paid work and the annual salary is £27,040.00, however, with price work existing engineers are currently earning between £800 and £1200 per week with all job additions, equalling between £40,000-£60,000 per annum.

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, and posses the following essential qualifications:-

CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, UNVENTED

Successful candidates are required to be part of the on-call rota. In return, the client offer:-
