Company & Project: Our client, a design and build company are looking for a PA to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality, accurate, timely administration support to the directors.
• Assist with managing diaries to ensure there are no issues and to liaise with the directors to ensure any urgent matters are dealt with in a priority and timely manner.
• Organise meetings both internal and external where necessary.
• Maintain project directories with all addresses and contact details of key clients.
• Book internal meeting rooms as required.
• Arrange courriers / transport ensuring documents reach destinations on time.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for any events / business activity subject to director approval.
• Carry out any typing, printing, binding, distribution, filing, of reports and general correspondence.
• Record any meeting notes and distribute as required.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of working in a similar role PA to multiple directors.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) windows 10 , outlook and SharePoint.
• Highly organised, ability to plan and manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to communicate with all levels.
• Perform activities with high level of attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable approach / remain calm under pressure.

Our client, a nationwide fit out contractor are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. 
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Be ultimately responsible for the health and safety during the construction phase of projects managed.
• To travel nationwide depending on location of projects.
• Direct and manage project development from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate and manage project commercial expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project programme dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project programme timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations as required by client.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas

Desirable Experience:

• Ideally having a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on fit out/ new build projects
• Be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure, be adaptable and resourceful
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Degree qualified; desirable but not essential
• Good use of Microsoft Products
