Our client is a large local authority providing repairs and maintenance services to 100s of properties across the Norwich area.
They are currently recruiting for a full-time clean and clear labourer to join their team.
Key objective of role:
The main role of being a driver labourer is to support the delivery of the responsive and void work streams whilst in the field. You will be required to provide support for both the Repairs and Voids Managers and your specific operations centre planner team. The role will be a fluid and flexible position providing varying levels of support across different aspects of the work streams. The driver labourer role will require an individual with a “can do attitude” to embrace and accommodate a wide range of tasks.
The main responsibilities of the role include –
– The clearance of properties including removal of rubbish after tenants have left preparing them for re-occupation.

– Wall – paper stripping
– Any other general duties as required by the client.
