Our client, a large reputable house builder with sites across East Anglia are seeking a long term working labourer to assist with general site duties in Hayes.
 
 
Daily Responsibilities for a successful labourer would include:
 
– Keeping the site clean and tidy.
– Assisting with the deliveries coming on and off the site.
– Helping the trades people within the plots and around the site.
– Working closely with the site management team.
 
Requirements for the role:
 
– A valid CSCS Card
– Full PPE (Hard hat, Boots, Highvis, Gloves and Glasses)
– Experience labouring on a busy building site
 
This labouring contract is long term with the working hours of 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.
There may be some weekend work available.

Hourly Rate :

– £12.00 to £12.50 per hour – Hybrid

Company & Project: Our client is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to come and work alongside them on a temp to perm basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:            

• Logging and keeping check on holiday and sickness.
• Issue of ppe/clothing/boots etc.
• Processing invoices for payment (fortnightly).
• Issue of forms to employees and sub-contractors, when they start then yearly.
• Keeping up to date training matrix for employees and sub-contractors.
• Organising/booking any health and safety/training courses.
• Issuing tool box talks – weekly/monthly.                       
• Booking in vehicles for servicing/mot’s etc.
• Collating vehicle checklists and dealing with any issues accordingly.
• Processing invoices.
• Ordering materials.
• Printing off drawings and laminating.
• Picking up anything else that may need doing.

Desirable Experience:

• Similar experience in a construction related administration role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programmes and SAGE

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good IT skills
• Able to multitask
• Organised

ARC are seeking experienced labourers for work on a site in Cheltenham for a temp to perm position.

The chosen labourers will be working for a well established sub-contractor in Cheltenham.

The role is to commence as soon possible.

Once permanent the salary is £20000- £22000 plus annual bonus.
