About the Role:

Our client, a well-established, family-run maintenance contractor based in East Anglia, is currently seeking experienced Floor Layers to work on social housing properties, primarily voids, in and around Grantham, Stamford, and Peterborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable company, offering excellent rates and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing a range of flooring types including:

  • Altro floors

  • Cap and cove

  • PolySafe

  • Flat lay

  • Floor Laying

  • Latex and floor preparation

• Working primarily on void properties

• Travelling across Grantham and surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Proven experience in floor laying (as listed above)

• Previous experience in floor laying in social housing preferred but not essential

• Full UK driving licence

• Must be reliable and able to work independently
