HGV Class 2 Drivers Needed In Suffolk Area.

Due to continued growth and securing a new prestigious contract with a leading logistics company in Suffolk area, we are urgently seeking to recruit for HGV 2 Drivers to work on-going. Tipper experience not neccasary but preferred. Role includes delivering general haulage goods to end user. Please note this position can turn to a long-term job for the right candidate.

Must have HGV Class 2 experience and a valid CAT C license.

ADHOC OR ONGOING WORK AVAILABLE.      

Days / Nights / Tramping / Weekends available 

PAYE, Umbrella, LTD and self employed pay schemes accepted.

PAY RATES HGV 2:

PAYE days £11ph – £15ph

PAYE nights £13ph – £17ph

LTD / UMBRELLA / SE days £14ph – £19ph

LTD / UMBRELLA / SE nights £15ph – £20ph

SHIFTS – Monday to Friday day work + weekend work available.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
• Experience – minimum of 6 months hgv driving experience commercially in the UK;
• Qualifications and Licences – Driving Licence with C+E category, CPC Qualification Card, Tacho Card;
• Always be professional and have a positive attitude towards customers;
• Basic understanding and speaking English;

• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for faults or damage – taking photos where necessary
• Communicating discrepancy issues to relevant parties.
• Marking and labelling stock as required/instructed.
• Storing stock/inventory in a safe manner.
• Completing all paperwork as instructed and per company policies.
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
•  Any extras/bonuses (£50 bonus for referring a friend to work with ARC)
• Monday to Friday requirements needing cover with the occasional run in on Saturdays (10/12hr days)
• Forklift license preferable but not necessary

• 1 years driving experience in the uk needed, container experience preferable
• must be willing to work on curtainsiders, flatbeds, fridges
• Qualifications – C+E license, digi card, CPC, rhides card preferable.
• Monday to Friday requirements needing cover with the occasional run in on Saturdays (10/12hr days)
• Free training on the only specialist HGV driving simulator approved by the FTA in the UK
