ARC Group are looking for HGV, Class 1 NIGHT drivers in Felixstowe, Suffolk. We have multiple companies who are located in the port of Felixstowe and specilise in Containers.

This work will be either road job, drop and swap or shunting. Availability, Monday to Friday and the occasional weekend work.

The ideal HGV, Class 1 driver will have:

At least, a minimum of 12 months experience driving a Class 1
Clear communication skills and a good understanding of English
Manouvering in tight space
Container experience
Confident to work at night

Must have:

Valid CPC and Tacho card
Full UK licence
Valid right to work
Rhides, Port card – in date

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Your day to day will be trunking, delivering frozen products to customers across the UK. Our client will supply you with modern trucks. Please be aware, some manual unloading maybe required.

Our clients service offers 24/7 deliveries, working 365 days a year. Available shifts cover days and nights, guaranteed 10 hours minimum.

Must have:

Knowledge of driving safety and regulations
