Our clients are looking for HGV Class 1 Night Shunters to help move containers from port to yard, multiple shunts per nights in 2024.

We have availability Monday to Friday, some weekend work. 

The ideal HGV Class 1 driver will have:

• At least, a minimum of 12 months experience driving a HGV Class 1
• Clear communication skills
• Excellent shunting skills and manouvering in tight spaces
• A good understanding of English

Must have:

• Valid CPC and Tacho card
• Full UK licence
• Valid right to work
• Rhides Port card – in date

Due to continued growth with ASDA Logistics Services we are urgently seeking to recruit for an experienced hgv class 1 driver to work 3 to 4 times per week either on early morning or night shifts.

Working as a hgv 1 driver delivering goods to ASDA stores around Essex/Kent areas.

SHIFTS

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Experience – minimum of 12 months hgv driving experience commercially in the UK;

The Role

Production operatives to undertake light duties in a busy working warehouse environment , will involve picking and packing, loading light boxes on to pallets and other general warehouse duties.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 06:45-17:15 and Friday 06:45-16:00.

Overtime is paid at time and a half for hours worked over 38.5 hours on a basic 48.5 hour working week.

There is also an attendance and skill bonus included on top of the general wage
