Job Title: Multi Trade – Carpenter
Job Type: Full Time, self employed
Location: Covering Grantham and Melton Mowbray
Rate of pay: £180 per day + mileage contributipn
ARC is looking for reliable and skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing maintenance and repairs.
The Role:
You’ll be carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties, including:
– 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
– Hanging doors, fitting locks, skirting boards and kitchen repairs
– Basic plumbing
– Patch plastering
– Painting and decorating
– General property maintenance and multi-trade repairs
