Desirable Experience and Qualifications

• Drain clearance of both internal and external blockages
• De-scaling and root cutting
• Experience in Drain Lining & repairs
• Experience in the use of HPWJ and mechanical machinery.
• CCTV surveying.
• Drain tracing and investigating.
• Understanding of Construction and drainage drawings.
• Experience managing own workload. 
• NRSWA Unit O1
• Working in confined space
•  
• Working on pumps
• Good knowledge in Health & Safety
• Basic plumbing knowledge an advantage

Essential Requirements

• Hold a full UK manual driving license and be confident driving and working in and around central London.

• Attending a site to assess, diagnose and resolve any issues found

Essential:

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure H&S policies, risk assessments and method statements are adhered to
• Establish requirements of the project
• Service and maintain domestic & commercial boilers in commercial environments with opportunity to gain commercial gas qualifications with further training.
• Installation of commercial plumbing systems.
• Maintaining commercial plumbing systems.
• Plan and installation of system components
• Liaise with other trades
• Liaise with client / main contractor
• Ensure compliance with the relevant standards
• Manage quality control & ensure high standards
• Ensure programme dates are met
• Undertake commissioning testing
• You must be able to work without supervision and use your own initiative as well as be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the H&S requirements, water regulations and applicable Building Regulations.

Key Skills & Knowledge

• C&G NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating (Essential although Level 3 desirable)
• Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications (Essential)
• SSTS or SMSTS (Desirable but training can be provided)
• CSCS card – Eligibility essential – (Already holds preferable, but test can be provided)
• Knowledge & experience of the industrial and commercial industry (Essential)
• 5+ years’ experience (essential)
• IPAF and PASMA – (Desirable but training can be given)
• Asbestos Awareness / Asbestos Management – (Desirable but training can be given)
• First Aid – (Desirable but training can be given)
• Fire Marshall – (Desirable but training can be given)
• Full driving licence – (Essential)

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Safety Department

Provide clear leadership for the development of a safe working environment for all  employees and visitors.

Responsible for providing strategic and dynamic leadership for Health and Safety across all areas of the group

Develop and implement health and safety best practice across the Group ensuring the company complies with all current Health and Safety legislation including Acts, Regulations, ACOPS, official guidelines and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming changes to legislation to ensure that the client has policies, documentation and systems in place to meet legal compliance.

• Procure all relevant H & S and environmental documentation to ensure we are as well informed as possible.

• Ensure that C/D’s, C/M’s, Supervisors and Safety leaders undertake and meet their target with regard to audits etc. in line with company policy.

• Record attendance and topics of tool box talks and file/record all other TBT’s undertaken by C/D’s, CM’s and SV’s.

• Ensure that C/D’s, C/M’s and SV’s undertake and meet their targets in relation to the above TBT’s.

• Undertake and facilitate accident/incident, near miss investigations and complete a report to include route cause analysis, preventative measures, lessons learned etc.

To complete electrical contracts in a safe and compliant manner while adhering to regulations and guidelines. We offer an extensive range of electrical services and solutions.

 · Undertake commercial and industrial electrical installations and Electrical Vehicle charger installations.

• · Be competent in the installation of SWA and PVC singles.
• · Be competent in the installation of tray and basket work
• · Complete testing and inspection of works where required.

Electricians Qualifications/Experience
