The role will involve a variety of commercial and industrial installation work, including containment, cabling, and final fix across both new build and refurbishment sites.

Electrician Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• ECS Gold Card
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Strong background in commercial and industrial environments
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work to deadlines

Project: New Build Residential Housing

Start Date: Monday 4^th August

ARC is seeking experienced Plumbers for a new build residential project based in Cambridge. This role will involve 2nd fix plumbing work on new build houses, including fitting sanitaryware, radiators, and final fix pipework.

Plumber Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Valid CSCS/JIB Card
• Previous experience on new build residential projects
• Own tools and full PPE
• Ability to carry out 2nd fix plumbing to a high standard

Electrician Role – Milton Keynes Area

Electrician Requirements:

• JIB Gold Card Electrician
• Experience with domestic electrical installations
• Must be comfortable working in both void and occupied properties
• DBS check desirable due to live social housing environment
• Own tools and transport required

Electrician Duties:

• Carrying out EICRs
• Installation of AICO smoke alarms
• Installation of extractor fans and PIV units
• Supporting additional electrical works on new build and refurbishment projects
