An established and reputable engineering company is looking to hire a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers a great mix of hands-on technical work across pumps, sewage treatment plants, pump stations, and drainage systems, covering both domestic and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, diagnose, and repair pumps, drainage, and treatment systems

• Work independently and manage your own workload and schedule

• Complete job reporting using the BigChange platform

• Participate in a monthly on-call rota (1 week per month, minimum 5 hours paid)

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain site standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Electrical and/or mechanical experience (full product training provided)

• Must live within a 20-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds

• Full UK driving licence

• Able to work independently, solve problems, and document work clearly

• Organised, tidy, and methodical in approach

A key client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical installation projects in the Lincoln area, with potential to manage additional projects across the Eastern region.

The Role:
This is a site-based position ideal for someone with a strong background in the electrical or construction industry, and experience in project management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the execution of electrical installation projects

• Lead project teams and liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets

• Attend internal and external progress meetings

• Manage health & safety on site

• Specify and procure materials

• Prepare method statements and risk assessments

• Supervise and brief installation personnel

• Resolve installation and access issues

• Submit technical and as-installed documentation

Role Overview

A Senior Electrical Estimator is required to join the Pre-Construction team in Cirencester. The role involves reviewing tender documentation, preparing accurate pricing estimates, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective project solutions. Reporting to the Construction Director, this role requires both technical expertise and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, and employer’s requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labour, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
• Vet incoming tenders from the supply chain to ensure the most viable offers.
• Organise and lead tender adjudication meetings.
• Monitor project costs against initial estimates and update internal costing software.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ability to estimate costs based on architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and literacy skills.
• Understanding of other MEP disciplines, BREEAM, and sustainability is beneficial.
