ARC Group are looking for a skilled driver with a HGV Class 2 licence to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
You will work in this position through ARC Group for the first 13 weeks. On the 14th week you will continue with the company on a permanent basis, earning a salary, starting around £30,000. (room for negotiation dependig on experience).
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is prepared to showcase their skill of driving and ability to drive large products. You must be confident to drive in busy areas and have a clear and good understanding of the higheay code. Road safety is very important and our clients priorities are yours and their customers safety. The right skilled driver must have have experience working with either a hiab, skip or grab truck. This is essential to be successful in this position.
Job details:
- Start times 06:30AM and 16:30PM finish
- Minimum 8 hours a day,
- 45-minute break deduction,
- Must be over the age of 25,
- Minimum of 12 months experience
- Occasional weekend work available
Must have:
- CPC
- Tacho card
- UK Drivers licence
- Experience in Hiab, Skip or Grab hire
- A good understanding and speaking English as you will be customer facing
- Desirably 0 points on your drivers licence, however a maximum of 3 will be accepted
