Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair works across their housing contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in social housing and property maintenance to step into a key leadership role.
The Role:

Supervising operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive and planned maintenance.

Ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards, within agreed timescales and budgets.

Carrying out quality checks and site inspections.

Coordinating with tenants, housing officers, and the wider client team.

Managing health & safety compliance across sites.

About You:

Multitrade
Job Title: Multi Trader
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Contract
Location: Woodbridge
Rate: £180 a day own van required 20p per mile paid
A property maintenance company who are responsible for the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, are looking for a Multi Trader to join their team working in Woodbridge. You will be completing maintenance work as required by tenants, including carrying out essential maintenance and repair works on domestic properties, and any other duties including multi skilling works associated with your core trade.
Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:
- Work in a safe, professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all works are carried out with all due regard to the Health and Safety of all persons that may be affected by the works.
- Undertake the duties and responsibilities of the post and at all times ensuring compliance with our Health & Safety Policy, Risk Assessments, Safe Working Practices, COSHH Assessments and all relevant Health & Safety Regulations.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that will bring credit to yourself in all dealings with our customers and the public in general.

We’re working with a leading contractor specialising in social housing contracts, and they’re looking for an experienced Scheduler to join their busy team.
Role Overview:
As a Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works. You’ll be responsible for coordinating operatives, managing daily schedules, liaising with tenants, and making sure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Allocate and manage workloads for operatives across multiple contracts
