ARC M&E division are looking for an Electrical Supervisor required for our client who are a leading mechanical and electrical company based in the London area. Due to recent success, they are looking for a hardworking and experienced individual to join their already successful team.
Role Description
My client is looking for driven, ambitious supervisors who want to join and work with likeminded people with career development paths.
The payment structure is based on the JIB grading structure, with paid holiday and pension benefits.
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, overseeing the installation of electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, such as team leadership and mentoring.
- Thorough knowledge of Electricity, Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Equipment to effectively manage electrical projects
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstration of previous experience as a supervisor in an Electrical Engineering capacity
- Experience managing installations in commercial or industrial facilities
- JIB/ECA certification is highly desirable
